Normal Aging & Dying

1.0 Continuing Education Credit Hour

In this module, the processes that accompany normal aging are described. In light of what has been learned regarding the importance of healthy lifestyle choices, these parameters are changing the face of aging. Additionally, the dying process is reviewed in order to familiarize the participant with the predictable changes of this important transition. Such processes require support, but not necessarily intervention, and this module will help clarify the difference.
