Program Cost

To register for the SUNSET Program, please complete and submit the information on the registration page.

Costs

$25.00 Registration Fee (due at time of registration). 

$20.00 per 0.5 hour Module (Mental Health at End-of-Life and Spirituality modules)

$35.00 per 1 hour Module
 

NEW!  Employees of OSU and OSUMC now receive 50% off all modules and the registration fee.  Please email aging@osu.edu from your OSU or OSUMC email address to receive your discount code.

Payment by credit card gains immediate access to the modules.

Note:  If you have previously registered for the SUNSET Program, please do not register again.  To complete additional modules, log in using the Username and Password you set previously and purchase additional modules from the "payments" link on your personal home page.
